These shirts are perfect! They are soft and silky, wear well when working out, and the colors are beautiful. They fit exactly as expected per the sizing chart. I always worry when buying shirts online because I have broad shoulders, but the medium is great.

I ordered these for my wife and they fit, look and feel good. I had ordered a different brand that turned out to be too long. I guess it was a certain style but did not suit. These however are not too long and seem like a very good product and value.

Perfect addition to my home gym. There was a limited variety of benches that had a adjustable back rest. This one was the best of the bench and rightfully so.

Before I started using this, I looked up videos from other users on how to use it properly. None mentioned that you have to wear it tightly around your waist, so that is key when using this product. The weight has to have something to "pull against" to spin around. You will use your knees. To use, you basically have to swing the weight to get it going and then bounce from side to side on each foot. The faster you bounce side to side, the more tension there is to keep the weight moving. I did notice my cardio increasing as my heart was beating faster when I was done

The assembly was easy and the bench is very strong and excellent quality. Folds easily and slides under the bed. Very versatile.

I use it 3 times a week and have owned it for a month and working great for my dumbell workouts.
