Perfect addition to my home gym. There was a limited variety of benches that had a adjustable back rest. This one was the best of the bench and rightfully so.

Easy to assemble with provided tools. Very quiet, sturdy except it has some minor side to side give to it, otherwise a Five. Easy to adjust resistance while on the fly. Other adjustments very easy without tools. Highly recommended.
