My first impression upon receiving the bike was that it was extremely well packed. Each part was individually wrapped and put in its own compartment (in some cases, with one other part) in the styrofoam. It was very easy to assemble.

I like this jump rope a lot, however there are two points I think buyers should know. Firstly, the material it is made out of hurts when it hits you, and because it is so lightweight it whips really easily. Another thing, be sure to look at the picture for knowledge on how to shorten the rope. It did not come with instructions.

Its got nice settings though and fit my brother in law just fine - I think it would be a great bike for a regular workout.

I love how fast you can whip these ropes! Im in my 50s feeling like Im in my teens with these bad ass jump ropes. You can do all the fancy smancy stuff you did as a kid with ease. Super smooth and easy to use. Love them!
